gotham_scn51_jn0498_f_hires1

gotham_scn51_jn0498_f_hires1Gotham picked up right where the show left off last week as James Gordon and Mario Falcone declare war at each other after Gordon discovers that Mario has been infected and is getting ready to marry Leslie. However, Mario knows how to play Gordon as he makes Jim look like the crazy one and he succeeds in marrying Leslie after all. However, Gordon doesn’t give up and the episode concludes with one shocking ending.

Selina, Bruce and Alfred continue to their hunt to take down the Court of Owls in one way or another, but during their break-in, they get caught by Talon. A showdown between him and the trio take place and as Alfred is almost about to be stabbed, a mysterious new ally emerges and saves the day. But the mystery hero ain’t so mystery as they share a past with Selina.

Nygma gets a visit by Barbara who is set to break up the bromance between him and Penguin as she reveals to Nygma that Isabella was killed by Penguin. While he refuses to believe and the reasons for it, he eventually comes to grip with the reality and decides to resign from the office and team-up with the Sirens, swearing he will destroy Oswald.
