I’ve discovered that for a show as dense as Legion, it is tough to attempt any meaningful summary. Therefore, I’m going to try something a little different this time and talk about specific parts of the show that were important or particularly revealing. As a preface, this chapter was probably my favorite. Although it had a little of a slow start, Legion once again did a fantastic job of revealing things to us without saying too much and spoiling any other surprises. As much as we know, there are still a ton of questions, as the end of the show so clearly sets up. For an 8 episode season, Legion has been very well paced. Even though I can spot my favorite chapters, the others don’t seem to suffer. It is just that my favorites are even better than the already great ones.
Let’s go ahead and get started sorting out some interesting parts of Chapter 5:
