Welcome back to the DCTV Arrowverse episode roundup! This week in The CW’s superhero universe, our heroes dealt with kidnappings, shocking revelations, and trust issues.

On Supergirl, Kara dealt with Alex being kidnapped and teamed up with Maggie, The Flash fought off Killer Frost and revealed Savitar’s identity, and Arrow had Oliver and Felicity try to get out of one of Prometheus’ traps.
The connecting theme for the shows this week is that they all, to some degree, discovered new aspects of themselves and found what’s underneath (both literally and figuratively).
